Blessed Days of Dhul Hijjah
Key Dates:
- 1st day Dhul Hijjah – Monday May 18th
- Day of Arafah – Tuesday May 26th
- Eid Al-Adha – Wednesday May 27th
Fasting during the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah—especially the 9th day, which is the Day of Arafah—is a highly recommended Sunnah.
At MIC, there will be Iftar (soup & salad) each night during these ten nights. Feel free to bring a dish with you potluck style.
Sh. Yassir will also be giving a khatira each night after Maghrib going thru Juz Amma.
The Prophet (ﷺ) encouraged performing righteous deeds during this time, highlighting that these fasts carry immense reward.
May Allah bless our deeds in these blessed 10 days.
