    Position Summary

    Manarah Day School is seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable English Preschool Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for our 3-year-old students. The ideal candidate will foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development while incorporating age-appropriate educational activities and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere.

  • ⭐️Plan and implement daily lesson plans aligned with the preschool curriculum.

    ⭐️Teach early literacy, math, science, art, and social skills through hands-on, play-based learning.

    ⭐️Encourage language development and effective communication in English.

    ⭐️Create a warm, welcoming, and organized classroom environment.

    ⭐️Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.

    ⭐️Assist children with daily routines, including meals, bathroom breaks, handwashing, and rest time.

    ⭐️Follow all Tennessee DHS licensing regulations and school policies.

  • Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED required; CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or related degree preferred.

    • Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.

    • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

    • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

    • Ability to pass a fingerprint background check.

    • Dependable, organized, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young children.
